The International Rugby Board appointed pmplegacy to assist with developing tournament specific plans with England and Japan, the host countries for the 2015 and 2019 Rugby World Cups. The plans will be developed using workshops to explore how the tournaments can be used to deliver a range of benefits to a wide range of stakeholders. Such benefits include increased economic impact through business generation, investment and tourism; increased levels of participation and performance in Rugby; enhanced commercial opportunities and global promotion of Rugby.
