Cathy has worked in the leisure industry for 19 years, with 11 years in consultancy and eight years in operational management. As Director of Consulting for pmplegacy, Cathy’s major event sector experience includes bid consultancy, legacy planning, facility development, sports development and impact and evaluation projects. She has worked for clients bidding for or delivering the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Youth Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Rugby World Cup and Cricket World Cup, as well as many projects for single sport events or International Federations. She also has extensive general consultancy experience in strategic planning, facility development, sports development and project evaluation.

Cathy enjoys the camaraderie of team sports, such as basketball and netball, and is also passionate about skiing.
