As part of this process, we have engaged our stakeholders and considered the sourcing of products and services within the process of event planning in order to minimise any negative environmental, social or economic impact of the event.
The Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf is the most energy efficient hotel in the Canary Wharf & Dockland area. It is hotel policy to use local and UK products within their catering services where ever possible. Due to this you will experience British menus, with seasonal products.
As part of our targets for the event, sustainability measurements will be taken of our energy usage for the day and quantity of landfill and recycled waste. We are also measuring mode and distance of travel in order to get an idea of the carbon footprint of the conference.
As our delegates we hope you will support our sustainable approach and do your part to aid our targets by considering your mode of travel and making use of the recycling facilities made available at the conference.
