Cathy is Director of Consulting at pmplegacy, the major sporting events consultancy and works with clients bidding, planning and evaluating major sporting event opportunities.

Cathy has worked in the sports sector for 20 years in both operational management and consultancy. She has broad range of consultancy experience across the UK and overseas, including facility development, legacy planning, event bidding and evaluation.

Cathy’s projects have included bid consultancy and legacy planning for Madrid 2016, a Candidate Host City for the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games; bid consultancy for the Singapore Youth Olympic Games 2010 and West Indies Cricket World Cup 2007; legacy feasibility work for the Olympic Delivery Authority and several evaluations of good practice and event impact. She is currently leading pmplegacy’s work supporting England 2018 with its bid to host the FIFA World Cup^TM in 2018/2022.
