Shaun has been the Chief Executive of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority since 1997. The 10,000 acre LVRP is a major sport and leisure destination for London and the South East attracting 4.5 million visitors per annum. The LVRPA is a key legacy organisation with ownership of a number of venues - VeloPark, Hockey, Tennis and White Water Canoe Centre and parkland within the Olympic Park. Shaun has led the LVRPA’s role from bid stage through to legacy design, funding and business planning.

 
Shaun has spent his career in the sport and leisure industry, in both private and public sectors. His particular areas of experience cover - sports venue design, facilities management, strategic business planning and parks management/activation.

Shaun was recently appointed Regional Sport Champion for London, a Ministerial appointment.
