Strategic and Technical Bid Advisors
As strategic and technical bid advisors, our bidding work comprises of four key components, as illustrated below. An effective bidding strategy is central to our approach, supported by a winning brand proposition and high quality communications, all of which is underpinned by a technically excellent bid book.


Strategy
– we provide strategic and tactical advice to your Bid Committee, working as an integral team with your Bid Executive and your selected PR and media consultants. At internal meetings we advise on strategy and policy to differentiate your bid and demonstrate long term benefits (the legacy) to the city, country and the event rights holders. Externally, you bid team will always be ‘centre stage’, with us working hard in the background.

Technical – we will write and work as ‘editors in chief’ of the draft and final versions of the Bid Books and Guarantees, working with the Local Working Groups that we will help you establish. We will work with our recommended ‘bid book’ designers on design, layout and production to ensure the highest technical excellence and quality – all on time and on budget.

Communication – we will create and update the bid campaign calendar of key events; draft the presentations/ speeches for these events; train and rehearse the selected speakers and liaise with your international PR, media and communication consultants.

Brand – we will facilitate the strategy to develop a unique brand proposition that ensures an exciting and captivating brand platform and positioning. We will create the bid tagline (slogan), brand narrative (the key messages) and liaise with our recommended graphic designers on how this is visualised via the bid logo and bid marketing collateral, including website and films.
