global sports events
As a leading global sporting events consultancy, we have been working for over 20 years with cities and local organising committees in four ways;
Evaluating – assessing the benefits of a potential bid; sporting, social, economic, cultural and environmental

Bidding – as Strategic and Technical Bid Advisors, an effective bidding strategy is central to our approach, supported by a winning brand proposition and high quality communications, all of which is underpinned by a technically excellent bid book. Click here for more information.

Planning – venue development (permanent and temporary) and business planning; legacy planning and implementation; host organisation structure and commercial rights/sponsorship

Delivering – test events and scenario planning; workforce and volunteer training; legacy implementation and stakeholder engagement

We put legacy at the heart of all you do to maximise the benefits of bidding and hosting major events.
