      <title>Strategic review of the Football Association of Ireland</title>
      <description>pmpgenesis has carried out a number of strategic projects with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) over the last five years. Our work commenced with the review of the FAI following the 2002 FIFA World Cup. This led to significant reform of the governance model and change in how the organisation was run. We subsequently have completed major strategic reviews including a review of the domestic league, the development of a high performance strategy for the Ireland, strategic reviews of Amateur and Under Age football throughout Ireland. </description>

      <title>A unique sponsorship platform for RIAS</title>
      <description>pmpgenesis' partnerships division worked with Odeon to create a unique sponsorship platform for RIAS, a specialist insurer for over 50s, to engage with potential customers. Odeon 'Senior Screen', a season of films for mature guests, was launched in October 2006 and RIAS began sponsoring the initiative in May 2007. This first time sponsorship provided a unique opportunity to create a long term and relevant presence in a cinema environment. pmpgenesis managed the logistics and sponsorship content of the partnership. </description>

      <title>Sponsorship solutions for The Big Lunch</title>
      <description>pmpgenesis' partnerships division was commissioned by The Eden Project to develop new content solutions for sponsorship around The Big Lunch. The Big Lunch took place on Sunday 19 July 2009 with over one million people across the UK participating. pmpgenesis created commercial partnership platforms for sponsors including MasterCard and EDF Energy. The aim of the study was to inform development of an action plan to support delivery of the Pro-Active Camden Sport &amp; Physical Activity Strategy by providing a clear understanding of the extent of current provision and identifying interventions that would increase participation amongst local residents.

      <title>Procurement - Elmbridge</title>
      <description>pmpgenesis provided leisure and financial advice to Elmbridge Borough Council for the procurement of the Xcel Leisure Centre in Walton on Thames, Surrey. We also provided an on-site project manager seconded to the Council for the duration of the project.

Together with Elmbridge Borough Council, we closed the fastest-ever leisure Private Public Partnership to-date. The Council financed the capital costs of the project and asked each consortium to undertake the design, build and operation of the new facilities. 

This provided the Council with a range of alternative design and build solutions and a fully integrated approach to delivering and running the new facilities. The leisure centre, which opened in 2006, is trading very successfully.
