Together with Elmbridge Borough Council, we closed the fastest-ever leisure Private Public Partnership to-date. The Council financed the capital costs of the project and asked each consortium to undertake the design, build and operation of the new facilities. This provided the Council with a range of alternative design and build solutions and a fully integrated approach to delivering and running the new facilities.
